Terms and Conditions: Pensioners Forum & Deals Competition

1. Promoter
   This competition is organised by Pensioners Forum & Deals (“the Promoter”) and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
2. Eligibility

• Open only to South African residents aged 55 years or older.
• Entrants must be members of the Private Facebook Group: Pensioners Forum & Deals at the time of entry and when the prize is awarded.
• Employees, agents, or affiliates of the Promoter, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

3. Prize Details
   The prize includes a hamper containing:

• Musical Books from Penguin Books
• Straight from the Heart – Bonnie Tyler’s Story
• Music as Medicine – How We Can Harness Its Therapeutic Power

Please note:

• The prize will be couriered to the winner’s nominated South African address.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• Any additional costs (e.g., courier delays or damages) are the responsibility of the Promoter only in the normal course of delivery.

4. How to Enter
   Multiple entries are allowed. Participants may enter by:

• Completing the entry form on the Pensioners Forum website
• Liking and following Pensioners Forum on social media
• Sharing the competition post
• Tagging a favourite Bonnie Tyler song or describing how music moves you

Entries must be submitted before the closing date specified in the competition post. Late entries will not be accepted.

5. Winner Selection

• Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• Winner will be contacted via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or email.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Prize Redemption

• Prize will be couriered to the winner’s provided address.
• The Promoter is not responsible for delays or damages once the courier has taken possession of the package.

7. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not comply.
• The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
